| There are three machine manufacturing plants within the Chiao Kuang Group which are mainly employed to make production equipment, such as auto-width, and colour changing knitting machines for 1.5 to 18 needles knitwear, designed for Chiao Kuang's exclusive use. Today, business has expanded from only these products to also encompassing the open market.
 Starting this year, our Hangzhou No. 2 Textile Machinery Ltd. will be increasing the production of machinery. In addition, these factories have successfully developed and implemented the latest generation of fully automated, computerized knitting machines, and are capable of producing fashionable and multi-purpose knit wears.
